Cost of participation
The cost of participation in Dutch Design Week varies per registration depending on the number of participants and the type of event(s) entered. All costs are exclusive of VAT.
Small (S)
- Individual designer
- maximally one (1) event.
- Cost: € 200,- VAT not included.
Medium (M)
- Collective or bureau of up to ten (10) designers, research institutes or cultural institutions and non-profit organisations
- Includes maximally two (2) events.
- Cost: € 375,- VAT not included.
Large (L)
- Collective or bureau of more than ten (10) designers.
- Includes maximally two (2) events.
- Cost: € 750,- VAT not included.
Daily event (D)
- Activity of one (1) or two (2) daily periods. Lecture, workshop, conference, awards ceremony, kick-off, etc.
- Includes maximally one (1) event.
- Cost: € 200,- VAT not included.
Pop-up food & drinks (P)
- Temporary catering, pop-up event*.
- Including maximally two (2) events.
- Cost: € 750,- VAT not included.
Extra event (E)
- Additional event with registration in category in S, M, L, D or P.
- Cost: € 100,- VAT not included.
* Catering initiatives are welcome at Dutch Design Week, provided the proposed activities show a clear connection with design.
