Tijs makes large-scale sculptures and installations for museums, public buildings and the public space, often involving his audience in the creative process. There are a number of his works on display in Eindhoven, including ‘Supertol!’ in Woensel and the gravity-defying sculpture at the TU/e
Tijs Rooijakkers X The Ruggeds
We came up with the idea to çapture motion', by covering ourselves in paint and dancing on a wooden floor. Tijs then set this floor in motion with his signature style, expressing the energy of our movenment.
