The Food Design Lab is a master programm exploring the evolution of sustainable food systems. Students imagine new concepts and give shape to the way we willl approach food tomorrow by responding to health, social and environmental challenges.

FOOD WASTE UPCYCLING / CLIMAT IMPACT ON FOOD / SYSTEMIC SHORT SUPPLY CHAIN

The Food Design Lab is concentrating research on new ways of eating, new food services, participative design methods and the integration of technological innovations.

The design applications involve kitchen equipment, utensils and food products, brand strategy and identity, scenography in urban and rural spaces, promotion of local know-how, organization of collective catering, distribution applications and services, exploration of alternative resources, food and care, development of tools for food education and healthy way eating.
