Arne Hendriks and Thomas Thwaites presentation and discussion. How do we relate to the non-human and can we change our perspective by dressing up?

More about the artists

Thomas Thwaites attempted to become a goat on four legs and with a prelude on his chest to escape the inherent fear of being human. The project became an exploration of how close modern technology can bring us to fulfilling an ancient human dream: adopting traits from other animals.

Arne Hendriks is an artist and researcher in the field of human ecology. He explores the boundaries of specific cultural values that define our relationship with the planet. He is currently building pigeon towers with mycelium, investigating how we can better collaborate with living material.
