Social Label
A hotel lobby becomes a meeting place. And an open canvas. Refugees, locals, designers, makers and visitors bring a story, object, image or idea. Together, these grow into one artwork - shaped by the people and cultures of Eindhoven.

What happens when strangers create something together?

A lobby is usually a place you walk through. At Among Strangers, you stop and stay.
For nine days, an empty canvas transforms into something alive: stories, objects and ideas from refugees, locals, designers, makers and DDW visitors. Human connection serves as purpose. Social Label's De KoekjesClub weaves all these contributions together into one work — one that keeps changing throughout the week, shaped by everyone who walks in.
No single maker. No fixed end result. Just people, an empty space, and a canvas that reveals what happens when strangers build something together.
