For a century, HEMA has set the tone in design. From a bicycle candle for those who couldn't afford a dynamo to a hot dog that doesn't leak. Our designers come up with everything themselves. With 25 designers, we work every day on solutions that make everyday life more practical, beautiful and better.
In 1983, we organised our first design competition. A true HEMA classic that evolved from this (and is still on sale!) is the Ketelbinkie.
