Your DDW e-ticket can be exchanged once, during the nine days of Dutch Design Week, for a personal wristband. This can be done at the following locations:
Please note: your wristband becomes valid as soon as it is fastened on your wrist. Once removed, it is no longer valid for Dutch Design Week. It is not possible to collect a wristband on behalf of someone else.

Would you like to purchase a ticket for just €2.40? From 1 September you can apply via the Cultuur Inclusief website.
Please note: Cultuur Inclusief manages a limited number of discount vouchers. On their website you’ll find full details on eligibility. The Dutch Design Foundation provides the discount but is not involved in the allocation process.
You can find all terms and conditions regarding tickets and entry here.

Are you visiting Dutch Design Week on multiple days but, for an important reason (for example due to your work or a hospital stay), unable to keep your wristband on the whole time? In that case, you can exchange your wristband for a personal pass at the service desks in the Klokgebouw or at Eindhoven Station. This pass is non-transferable and replaces the wristband for the remainder of the week.
Please note: You can only request a pass while you are still wearing your wristband. First exchange your e-ticket (or purchase a ticket at the counter), and then request your pass immediately or as soon as possible. Always have your wristband cut off by a service staff member. If you remove it yourself, it becomes invalid and a pass can no longer be issued.
Each request will be assessed individually. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all cases; the decision of the service staff is final.
