Frameless lounge chair made from Dutch wool, redefining comfort through circular design.

The Ida Chair is a frameless lounge chair made entirely from Dutch wool, a material often treated as waste. Each year, over 1.5 million kilos of this high-quality wool are discarded because it is too coarse for fashion and too complex to process. Instead of hiding its raw character, I let it shape the design. The form arises from folding and tension, without foam or frame. Firm where needed, soft where wanted. The chair combines sculptural presence with circular thinking, showing that true comfort can be achieved through simplicity, material honesty and longevity.
