Meet–the–Designer: come, join the conversation, and take part
In a world that is becoming ever more complex and fragile, Kazerne explores the ancient human urge to create — between the allure of shine and the comfort of beauty. Come by and meet the designers behind the exhibition.
How can we design a future in which humans and nature no longer stand opposed, but work together? Spread across multiple spaces, Kazerne Foundation invites you into a world where beauty, instinct and urgency come together under the theme Basic Instinct: Making–With.
On Saturday 25 October at 15:00, you can meet the designers in person. Ask your questions about their dreams, their everyday doubts and their next steps toward nature-inclusive and regenerative design. What future do they imagine? Where do ideals collide with reality? And how can we build a new design practice together — one in which people, materials, technology and ecosystems are equal partners?
Get inspired by makers who dare to search, to touch, to fail and to begin again — driven by one instinctive question: how do we move forward in meaningful ways, with nature rather than at its expense?
Come, join the conversation, and take part.
No registration needed — just walk in
Entry is free with a DDW ticket or press pass, or with a reservation at the bar, restaurants or hotel. Without one, admission is €5 per person — supporting the talents exhibiting at Kazerne.
