Design Your Own Lamp is an innovative project by Noord see Lights, founded by Mick Simmering and Juliette Mohamed. We believe that lighting is more than just a functional object: it is a personal expression of style, atmosphere, and sustainability. With this project, we offer everyone the chance to design and personalise their own unique lamp, perfectly tailored to their interior.
The inspiration comes from the North Sea: its colors, patterns, and shapes are translated into designs that radiate calm, strength, and playfulness. Each lamp is locally crafted in Amsterdam, using circular and plant-based materials that are both aesthetically refined and future-proof.
The result is lighting that is not only sustainably produced but also truly your own. You decide on the shape, color, and appearance, while we ensure quality and circular production. The outcome is a product that reflects the personality of its user and contributes to a more sustainable world.
