11 October 2018

Sectie C @ DDW 2017 door Iris Rijskamp
During Dutch Design Week (DDW) in Eindhoven you can experience how tomorrow's world is already in the making. As a sponsor of progress, VPRO will host an exclusive lecture with DDW ambassador Ravi Naidoo (Design Indaba) on the first Sunday of DDW (21 Oct.).

Let this talk from Raivi Naidoo and friends (in English) inspire you!

The South African Naidoo is known within the design world as an advocate of innovation, talent development and inclusiveness. This year, he is one of the ambassadors of DDW. On the first Sunday of DDW, Naidoo will host an exclusive talk for VPRO together with some of the top talents of the Antenna Conference.

DDW ambassadeur: Ravi Naidoo

Ravi Naidoo (Durban, South-Africa 1964) is the founder and director of Design Indaba in South Africa. Naidoo is part of the jury for the Index Awards, D&AD Impact Awards, IXDA Awards and Dutch Design Awards. IN 2015 he received the Sir Misha Black Medal for his efforts in deploying design to strengthen the South African education system and economy.

In addition, he explores major social issues like the (potential) role of design for the future of Africa. Naidoo and DDW introduced the platform Antanna together recently.
