DDW Discord: see you there!

15 August 2023

Welcome to the DDW Discord server. The place to share your work, projects, ideas, and opportunities. Where you, as a DDW participant, can find a location, and locations can find participants. To connect the larger design community. And where you receive the latest updates about DDW-related news and events.

Dutch Design Week (DDW) is convinced that designers are essential contributors to a more beautiful, sustainable and equitable world. We are optimists, but recognise the current issues and their seriousness as much as the next person. We believe in the forward thinking and acting energy of designers and are excited to share this space with you.

That's the reason why the DDW Discord server has been set up. It's the place to share your work, projects, ideas, and opportunities. To connect the larger design community. Where locations can find participants and you, as a DDW participant, can find a location. And where you receive the latest updates about DDW-related news and events. Are you searching for a location? Do you want the attention of our Social Media team? Are you looking for someone to assist with your project? Are you organizing a design-related event that you want to promote? Discord!

Why Discord?

As loyal and valued members of the design community, we want to explore with you how we can utilize Discord to make participation in DDW easier and more accessible:

  • Individual participants can directly reach out to DDW
  • Locations can search for participants and vice versa
  • Central hub for DDW updates
  • Central place to share your own news, updates, events, etc.
