“Pièce montée” is a novel approach to serving food
"I aim to elevate our everyday meals beyond basic nourishment by repurposing discarded flea market items, reusing and reshaping them. Through this process, I foster sustainability and social connection while celebrating the hidden potential and stories of used objects. Through my creation of the “pièce montée”, I create a new atmosphere that encourages a sense of togetherness and celebrates life".
