LinkZorg is a digital platform designed to help emergency staff at OLVG Oost Hospital in Amsterdam connect 3U patientsâthose who are unhoused, undocumented, or uninsuredâwith essential follow-up care.
Systemic Gap
In Dutch ERs, â3Uâ patientsâuninsured, undocumented, unhousedâoften fall through the cracks after receiving acute care. Without stable housing, phones, or internet, existing digital solutions fail them.
Design Response
Together with hospital staff and NGOs, we built LinkZorg: a paper-first, digitally supported platform. Doctors filter services in seconds and hand patients a printed care planâno data storage, no stigma, only relevant support.
Our Mission
We believe that every patient deserves comprehensive care, and that care providers should have easy access to all available resources. By creating a trusted platform for resource connection and care planning, we aim to improve the well-being of Amsterdam's unhoused, undocumented, and uninsured residents. We aim to empower patients and hospital workers, and to support Amsterdam's care network.
