The greater number is integrated in all collaborations that Studio Anne Ligtenberg enters into to bring about social change. More is not always better, but it is when it comes to collective knowledge that is not yet used.

This Dutch Design Week, Studio Anne Ligtenberg presents three new projects in the exhibition 'Commons'.

The threshold for victims of sexual violence to receive help must be lowered. Studio Anne Ligtenberg is working on #YouToo? to increase the skills of care providers to make sexual abuse a topic for discussion. Together with more than 200 organisations, care providers, experts by experience and victims, a platform with advice for care providers is being developed in order to be able to offer a helping hand to the many silent victims who do not receive help.

What to do if the healthcare system no longer knows what to do with clients whose behavior is difficult to understand? With the Wave project, initiated by the University of Humanistics and Center for Consultation and Expertise, Studio Anne Ligtenberg has followed two different clients who have become stuck in the healthcare system for two years. Project Wave believes that a fresh look from outsiders leads to new perspectives and the pattern in healthcare can be broken. The results of Studio Anne Ligtenberg can be seen for the first time in the 'Commons' exhibition.

What do you want to be when you grow old? Trade association ActiZ asked us the question; What if society is designed in such a way that the lives of diverse groups of elderly people (in the neighborhood and in nursing homes) have a self-evident, essential place in society? During the Dutch Design Week we will discuss with the visitor how they want to shape their older days. What do you have to give and what are you getting?
