For a long time, humanity has placed itself above nature. Prioritizing our own needs and aspirations above the ones of healthy and vibrant natural ecosystems has led to the current paradigm, where the planet is headed towards depletion at a staggering pace.

Expedition Æqualis encourages us to reflect on the way we live and rethink our approach to design. This transformative exploration aims to rebalance our relationship with nature and reconnect with its fundamental principles, putting the health of planetary ecosystems above our own needs.

Expedition Æqualis is an ongoing design-research project by Dutch Invertuals in collaboration with The Future Laboratory, and Reon Brand. Together, we explore the building blocks for an eco-centric future.
