(Archive) Adapt Materials

Living Lab for secondary raw materials processing - a transformationproject in the context of the circular society

This project was part of DDW 2022
Tableware out of eggshells and coffegrounds

Adapt Materials considers residual materials as resources rather than waste and processes organic and textile residues into new materials and products, to extend the life of already mined raw materials thriving for a circular zero waste production.

Waste as a resource

Adapt Materials develops new products, concepts out of what others call "waste" and wants to work with small regional and sustainability-driven companies to help them on their way to a circular zero waste production by designing new use cycles for their residual materials. The redesign is always subject to the requirements of the source material to maintain and never degrade the recyclability of the materials to be part of the shift towards a circular economy.
