TOOLS FOR PROGRESS is a Rotterdam based design collective, inspired by the timelessness of architectural and monumental elements. Founded in 2017 by architect & researcher Cédric Van Parys(BE), and art director & graphic designer Lu Liang(CN), TOOLS FOR PROGRESS is celebrating the ornamentality of the minimal and the brutal. 

Through innovative industrial productions techniques, we re-appropriate monumental proportions and details into conceptually radical and meticulously accurate jewelleries, centerpieces and other objects. Our TOOLS as we like to call them manifest a functional and timeless aesthetic. Being progressive as well as classic, they convey a perpetually contemporary character and a romantic soul.
