Nikita Gorshkov, 24 years old. I am studying in a Moscow Government Academy of Design and Applied Arts on a faculty or Product Design, specializing in furniture.
As a personality, I have always seen myself as a creating person. This thing drove me to my definite pursuit and great people and developments which I follow. This has taken me to create the "BIOME" collective.
"Biome" is a young community, established in 2017. It was founded by three students of an Art Academy, who took as an aim to change or present some new routes to an ordinary and habitual vision of products and thing we use every day.
The co-founders Nikita Gorshkov, Peter Kroshchinskiy and Gled Ivanov started the idea of creating not only things occupying the area of ready-made design but creating a material or technology itself.
A biome means a natural infrastructure, which includes different organisms living together and working as one system. This scheme is held as a basis of the collective: people with personalities, interests and works that differs a lot, work as one.
We are still working to reach this aim, but we are always progressing.
