Atelier Mats and Studio Anne Ligtenberg stand out by their human approach in their projects. Both designers have their own interests and ways of looking. Mats works on projects in which he investigates how the technology around us affects us humans. Anne has a strong interest in social themes. They work on different topics, but human beings and their experience is always the core of their projects.
Soft Data plays a big part in their design research. Soft Data is information that is difficult to measure but says a lot about human experiences. Anne and Mats use their design philosophy in projects with healthcare institutions, education, architecture firms and government.
