Fenna van der Klei joins unusual material combinations and cutting edge technologies in order to reinvent the way textile surfaces and/or textiles are produced.
She is a creator of eccentric (soft) materials for both the fashion and interior industry, a storyteller who loves to experiment and has a very hands-on attitude towards given briefs. What she finds incredibly important is detailing and precision; the way a stitch was placed on a garment or a line was drawn in a graphic print.
