Soft Landings is an artist initiative by Eurico Sá Fernandes (PT), Alban Karsten (NL), Kitty Maria (NL) and Tom Kemp (UK). With their apocalypse-proof Christmas baskets, they develop a platform for artists and designers to create and sell work in edition and to infiltrate existing gift economies.

Soft Landings is an artist initiative by Eurico Sá Fernandes (PT), Alban Karsten (NL), Kitty Maria (NL) and Tom Kemp (UK), based in Amsterdam and formed during their studies at the Sandberg Instituut. With their disaster-oriented Christmas baskets, they develop a platform for artists and designers to create and sell work in edition, to put their work on display in art spaces as well as infiltrating existing gift economies.
