I found out about the possibilities of self-optimization
the school year-end party of the elementary school Hof/Moschendorf in 2001, when I took part in the annual raffle and won a book with the title "1er Schüler ohne Mühe" which may be translated to "best grade student without effort".
So with the age of 9 I started dividing my everyday tasks into priority categories as A, B and C.
