Sustainable, circular and complies with the Building Decree; that is only a limited description of this compact home. Thanks to the limited footprint of 20m2, it is possible to provide a starter on the housing market with a fully-fledged home at an affordable price.

The innovation in the field of fully factory building.

StartBlock sets a new standard when it comes to delivering a complete house from the factory to the construction site. The construction site is located in the factory where the house including kitchen, bathroom and toilet will be delivered. After 6 days of assembly time, the entire house – three floors high – is transported to the installation location. According to the plug-and-play principle, the house is ready to move in; so can be inhabited immediately. The finishing level is so high that the residents themselves no longer have to do anything to be able to live in this circular home. The houses are suitable for 1-2 person households. They are placed back-to-back. This creates more living space on the existing m2. This form of densification offers quality of life. Because it is a wooden house that meets all building requirements, privacy and comfort are guaranteed. Experience it yourself at the DDW2021.
