A very unique process with endless possibilities. She is the queen of her own Candy Floss Empire and would love to see the world covered in sweetness. She believes that it is better to set eyes on sugar than consume the white grains. Candy Floss fascinates her because of the different kind of forms and shapes the material can bring. When you expose the fluffy sugar, known as candy, to a certain environment it will transform from its fluffy shape to a flexible and soft substance. What remains is a piece of Candy Floss that can vary from fragile to robust. All these remnants originated from previously made artworks. Stacked Sugar Rocks The Candy Floss crystals and rocks that are established during the making process or which are leftovers, form the luscious rocks you see here at the MESSMERIZING exhibition. Nothing will be lost and everything, even minuscule remnants, are reused.
