Biobased Building beyond the Blockbusters

It's possible! Social rental housing, built entirely with natural materials! Healthy, built quickly, nature included, a negative CO2 footprint, low energy consumption and suitable for any image quality plan, with a different business model that is based on raw material value, damage limitation, giving value to CO2, etc. That is The New Normal! BrabantWonen and Buro Kade present social living and biobased building according to the principles of The New Normal. The design and construction of the first 4 ground-level homes are data-driven based on optimal and supported sustainability ambitions such as carbon storage (co2), releasability (bci), energy management (energy-0) and environmental performance for buildings (mpg).
