Licht en speels

Moi et Toi: Me and you. And you...and you too. Me interacting with another. The freedom to choose where you sit, close by or further away, always with respect for your own space. A table for you alone or together. With a few or with many. A small table with big possibilities.

Small, light and durable

My table is small, contains little material and takes up little space. The aluminum of the legs can be completely recycled without any reduction in quality. Forbo Linoleum Furniture is made from natural products that renew themselves quickly. The table top was made from plywood alpha spruce wood. This plywood panel is made from environmentally friendly certified Northern European spruce wood.

Multifunctional and interactive

My concept is 'human interaction' and preferably the cheerful side of it. I made a table for 1 person. This makes you want to interact with others. And that you position yourself in relation to the other person in such way that it feels good. Or not at all. A table that allows you to define your own space but still be together. A multi-purpose, light and inviting table that allows different configurations, depending on the needs of the group.

A powerful and sober leg

My design is especially powerful because of the sleek and sober 'leg'. A leg that can be made in any color and can support different types of table tops. I also see my leg as something that can still change in shape (e.g. at a 90° angle/semi-circle/... but always mounted together with the same technique as my original table. In any case, I would like to investigate it further . I believe that the leg can also be used for the design of other furniture, such as chairs/cabinets/bed... I would also like to investigate this further.
