Seemingly overlooked in our rational era, Rombout sees vast potential in tapping into the capacity of our human bodies to solve problems in holistic ways and come to deep, meaningful experiences. Through prototypes and videos of past and present projects, we show how we design to unleash this.

About Rombout Frieling lab
Rombout Frieling lab creates environments for mobility and architecture that seduce us to use our bodies:
As designer and engineer, Rombout created bus stations that get us out of our busy minds and into the body while waiting, to vertical transportation systems based on harmonious bodily movement.
