New symbols and narratives for peace

While the Temple of Peace speaks for itself as an object and is sure to leave no one untouched, the story behind it, as with all art, is incredibly significant. It is a story that MUST be told, especially in these times. This project is about finding new symbols and narratives for peace. Through this collaboration, we foster an inclusive and diverse environment where art and culture can thrive and contribute to a more peaceful society. We strongly believe in the power of next generation designers and we offer them a big podium to show the world their unique vision on peace. Peaceseekers Foundation is founded by Ingeborg Bloem and Stefany Rietkerk and aims to create awareness and connection between refugees, asylum status holders, and their new fellow citizens in the best possible way: by having them work together on an inspiring project, literally under the flag of peace. We offer the 'next generation' a stage. This application has multiple layers. Not only does the flying result matter, but the journey towards it and the (expected creative, publicity, and individual) spin-offs also make this project so special.
