As Creative Director, Claudio led the overall creative vision of Sobremesa, guiding the project's conceptual development, aesthetic direction and coherence across the collection and exhibition experience.

Enter as a visitor. Stay as a guest.

The meal has ended. The reason to stay has just begun.
Sobremesa begins with a familiar moment: the plates have been cleared, yet no one leaves.
The table is no longer only a place to eat; it becomes a place to listen, remember and belong.
Through a family of objects shaped by material honesty and everyday gestures, the installation
invites visitors to slow down and remain together. It does not present a dining collection as
isolated products. It creates the conditions for conversation.

About Claudio Monterrubio

I'm Claudio Monterrubio, assistant professor at ITESO university in Guadalajara, Mexico. I've been working with high-end projects to teach and trained students for real life issues while doing design projects. My research involves future with transition design aim to solve and improve systems.
