HENDI is one of Europe’s leading suppliers to the professional hospitality industry. Designer Robert Bronwasser developed the ‘Tools for Chefs’ design strategy, bringing brand, design and functionality together. In addition to designing dozens of new products, he also contributed to renewing the visual identity, packaging and photography. This created a recognizable and consistent brand experience that sets HENDI apart in a competitive market. The collaboration resulted in a stronger market position, revenue growth and increased brand recognition. This case demonstrates that design goes beyond product development: close strategic collaboration between designer and industry drives renewal, strengthens identity and innovation, and creates added value for both the brand and the end user.
