Tonight we are sending your feelings into the ceilings of Dutch Design Week. Ceilings? Yes! Prepare for 70 minutes of sensing, listening and just looking up.

A Rhyme for Despair

This evening special is brought to you by Cosmic Dune: A Rhyme for Despair, the project that wants to channel our feelings about the state of the world, and send these feelings into space.

Drawing a Benign Superbeing to Our Planet

"You guys discovered a comet? That's so dope. I have a tattoo of a shooting star on my back." - Riley Bina in Don't Look Up

Looking up can be a lonely affair. But tonight we are together. We will drag our Emotional Resonance Device across DDW, from concrete overhang to lofty canopy - hoping to draw a benign superbeing to our planet.

We start at DEMO

The plafond crawl starts at DEMO's headquarters at Strijp S, opposite MU Hybrid Art House, at 8pm. You are advised to bring your own bottle, and a human earlobe.

JUST LOOK UP ↑ PLAFOND CRAWL is a Prototyping in Public Production by the lovely folks of DEMO. Get in touch with Randi Nuij for questions, suggestions or last minute updates: eindhoven.demo@gmail.com
