Where do we seek solutions? Chopping off all dicks seems a bit extreme and not the best way to stop rape. It raises questions, but it does make one thing clear: we too often turn to victims for answers instead of to perpetrators. Not only for rape, but also for domestic violence: sending victims to shelters while the abuser stays in the comfort of their own home.
