Maya Eline Leroy created Doodle of a Doodle as a collection of artworks translating her physical ceremics practice from the workshop onto the wall. Capturing the movement and colour of her vases and pot, her hand-formed shapes combine with patterns and colours to create a dynamic collection.
The collection will be available for purchase during the exhibition.
In collaboration with Paper Collective, these paintings have become Art Prints, printed in 12-color fine art Giclee on matte heavy paper.
Over Maya Eline Leroy
Maya Eline Leroy draws, paints and hand builds objects from clay. All combined, her work is expressive and bold, with her art-practice capturing the same freedom of her three-dimensional practice. Born in the same year that The Lion King hit the theatres, to a Swedish mother and French father, she is currently based in Eindhoven— The Netherlands.
