The aim of the project was to design knitted textiles, exploring the contrasting functions such as expandability, rigidness and stretch, as well as creating aesthetic details caused by movement of the human body.
Disguised Stretch explores a possible outcome of combining opposite functionalities and visual appearances: elastic versus stiff, flat versus voluminous and compressible versus expandable. The project suggests alternative design solutions to athletic garm
