Tickets for schools and educational institutes

Dutch Design Week (DDW) is the perfect opportunity for young and old to connect with designers and their projects in an accessible way. This is especially true for the makers of the future: children, teenagers, pupils, and students.

How to Order DDW Tickets for pupils?

The ordering process is conducted via the order form. After submitting the form, an invoice will be created and sent. The order is confirmed once the invoice is paid. The invoice must be paid before Dutch Design Week.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process requests via email.

How Much Do DDW Tickets for pupils Cost?

We offer a reduced student rate of €16.50 per DDW student ticket.

Unused tickets are non-refundable. Therefore, we recommend carefully considering the number of DDW tickets you reserve in advance.

How much do DDW tickets for chaperones cost?

When you book tickets for students, you will receive one free DDW regular ticket for a chaperone according to the -5 rule:

  • 20 pupils - 1 free wristband for a chaperone
  • 35 pupils - 2 free wristbands for chaperones
  • 55 pupils - 3 free wristbands for chaperones
  • 75 pupils - 4 free wristbands for chaperones
  • And so on

Indicate the total number of chaperones you need in the order form. The calculation for the number of free and paid wristbands will be done automatically. Extra DDW tickets cost €24.50 per chaperone.

How Will I Receive the Tickets?

Schools have the option to order tickets in the form of DDW wristbands.

Wristbands can be collected before Dutch Design Week at an agreed time from the Dutch Design Foundation office at Strijp-S, Eindhoven. During DDW, wristbands can be collected from the pick-up point at the Klokgebouw op Strijp-S, Eindhoven. The wristbands must be collected all at once.

The students (and I) are coming to Dutch Design Week by coach, where should we go?

Large groups can use the Kiss & Ride. This is located on Achtseweg Zuid, in Eindhoven, on the opposite side of Beukenlaan, clearly marked with DDW Kiss & Ride signs.

At the Kiss & Ride location, the coach can temporarily park near Station Strijp-S so that all students can disembark. However, we strongly urge that the coach does not remain parked there. There is ample free parking for coaches further down Achtseweg Zuid.
