The menu is completely hyper-local and sustainable: algae and seaweed, wild berries, edible flowers and special microgreens. Yum!

In Food Untold, the collective ‘To Be Cooked’ invites non-EU artists in Eindhoven to prepare recipes from their hometown, serve the dish and tell their story behind the food linked to the gastronomic culture of different regions. We travel a little further to the Duty Free Zone: a satirical airport experience, which makes fun of themes such as borders, climate and tourism.
