A feather-light product presented as contour. How many lines do you need to see a vase, teapot or tree. It raises questions about the way we consume. Do we need that much matter? Can we create a lighter life with less material, with less impact on the environment?
About Iris Lucia
The designstudio by designer Iris Lucia Megens is based in Rotterdam. Fundamentally she is a maker. Materials are the start of every research when making a new product. Iris draws 3D lines with pen in space. A futuristic craft where each object is unique. Special, because the desired object is immediately given volume. It literally explores the boundaries of form, between the lines.
