Every morning, afternoon, and evening you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the living room of Hotel Piet Hein Eek. Also if you are not staying at the hotel! In proper hotel fashion, we serve luscious and luxurious buffets. In the morning hours, there are hot croissants and danish, local cheeses and cold cuts alongside yoghurts, home-made granola and freshly squeezed juices. Of course accompanied by the perfect cappuccino. During lunch, the buffet will transform into the most lavish salad bar you have ever seen, with crispy greens in all colors of the rainbow, steaming soups with gorgeous garnishes and a freshly baked bread selection. Is it time for a glass of wine yet? From 17:00, dinnertime, the buffet undergoes a transformation once again. Steaks are sliced on demand, fish filleted in front of your eyes and the vegetable curries smell like a promenade at an Indian market.
