Design Academy will stay in Eindhoven!

"We can now give our students, staff, teachers and the Eindhoven design ecosystem the certainty that we will stay in the city. We have always expressed our preference for Eindhoven because of our long history in the city and the established design ecosystem. We therefore welcome the strong commitment of the municipality to help us stay here," said Joseph Grima, chairman of the Executive Board.

On behalf of the Dutch Design Foundation team, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the academy, students, alumni, municipality, and everyone involved in shaping the city’s design ecosystem. It’s truly inspiring to see how all stakeholders have come together to make this wonderful decision a reality. This is a fantastic moment for the entire community!

A decision on the final new location is expected shortly.
