Vaderland (Fatherland) is a gourmet circular farm where you can genuinely experience life, with all off your senses. From their own land in Nederwetten, Joep and Lianne process their self-produced vegetables into pure and honest dishes. They interweave traditions from the past with today’s insights.
Dutch Design Dinner by Vaderland
Taste autumn, served directly from the farm to your table. Guest chef Joep and designer Lianne will host an all-evening dinner with vegetables from their own land, complemented with game and products from fellow farmers from the periphery of Eindhoven. They cook with what's available, seasonally appropriate, on intuition and experience. Come to taste the warm rich flavours and get inspired by their story.
