Exclusive Dinner
During Dutch Design Week 2024, we will transform the workshop of internationally renowned designer Nacho Carbonell into an exclusive dining experience. On October 24, 25, and 26, we will welcome 20 guests each evening for a unique culinary journey that combines design and gastronomy.
In partnership with acclaimed two-Michelin-star chef Edwin Vinke and Gijs Bruurs of Mycelium Concepts, we will create a special menu inspired by Nacho Carbonell's innovative designs and a blend of Spanish and Dutch cuisine. This one-of-a-kind dinner will emphasize creativity, sustainability, and refined flavors, offering an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Edwin Vinke
creator of the two-Michelin-star restaurant De Kromme Watergang, is known for his seasonal cuisine that highlights local ingredients from Zeeland.
