Future Fossils: What are the artifacts of the Anthropocene?

DDW Talks: Eco Pioneers

Future Fossils
Louise Silfversparre

This DDW Talk(show) on the track Eco Pioneers is hosted by Next Nature Network. Titled Future Fossils, we will explore the footprint we leave behind as humans.

Humanity has such a profound impact on the planet that it creates objects that would not have existed without our intervention — objects that will remain long after we are gone.

The DDW Talks: Future Fossils presents an alternative view on our (digital and ecological) footprint on the planet. During a speculative archaeological quest, we explore the theme of ‘Future Fossils’: the remains of the Anthropocene, the Age of Man.

The DDW Talks: Future Fossils has been developed and curated by Next Nature Network. The day will be moderated by Ruben Baart, editor-in-chief of Next Nature Network.
