They still feel young and don't think much about other options yet. They fear the moment when living at home may no longer be possible. Or the moment when they are living by themselves with too much space or start to feel lonely.

Sometimes the only option seems to be a nursing home

For many, a place with few possibilities, little freedom, and fun. But when you think about it in time, there are other options. In an ageing population, an increasing amount of Dutch people have to deal with this. In addition, the government also encourages people to live at home, as long as possible. Mortgage lender Florius wants to support this growing group of elderly.
