The concept is the pursuit of simplicity, from the choice of materials up to the production and manufacturing processes. Sculptural-functional aluminum objects. Minimal design, prime quality materials and high-skilled craftsmanship make each object unique and irreplaceable, strictly Made in Italy.
Designed for both indoors and outdoors, the collection is suitable for every style.
The collection is composed of two sections, each reflecting a different approach to the production process.
Section A, characterised by geometrical shapes and taut lines, is realised in collaboration with highly skilled local artisans and explores the potential of aluminum as construction material by taking advantage from both its mechanical and aesthetic aspects. The smooth surfaces are left natural to enhance the materiality, the signs of the crafting and assembling process are deliberately visible, transformed into a pivotal element of the objects.
Section B, less geometric and more sculptural, is entirely created by the designer Riccardo Parmiciano Borgström and characterised by round shapes and irregular surfaces. Thin and light plates of raw aluminium are hand curved by the designer that, operating as a sculptor, creates artistic and functional objects handmade to stimulate creative imagination and needs.
