At Philips we understand that to deliver on better health outcomes it is crucial to understand the experiences of patients, staff, service providers and where they meet.

But how can we, as designers, navigate complex care pathways while adopting new technologies, and empowering our customers to deliver seamless care? 
And, how can we measure and anticipate our impact, knowing that sometimes life gets in the way of designed experiences?
