Nick Deakin and James Dyer recently published a book about the odd ways that graphic signs live in everyday life. After asking the participants to document and collect the traces of the life of signs in the public space, they will together design riso prints as a result of their discoveries.
Graphic design & Riso printing
Together with Onomatopee, Nick Deakin and James Dyer invite you to design your own street graphics in our riso workshop.
Nick and James have recently published “Graphic Events: A Realist Account of Graphic Design", a book about the peculiar ways that graphics exist in daily life. Following a brief introduction to the themes of the book, we will document the life of signs locally with photographs and writing, producing prints that gather our observations about these found graphics.
