Along the process of jewellery making: casting, sawing, sanding; precious silver particles are carefully collected to give shape to the Mercure collection. Inspired by the liquid state of metals, Aurore gives the silver free will to reshape itself. Just like mercury would do.
Les Matins Lumière
Aurore explores her fascination for light forms and materiality while developing new production techniques in her atelier at Kade Clubhuis. She alternates between designing a new collection for Les Matins Lumière to going to meet people living with dementia to develop her work under her inclusive design studio.
