(Archive) Active Tours for new Living Concepts

Curious about the city of tomorrow? Take a look around the Living LAB 040 and Minitopia during one of the tours with interaction on 25 or 26 October.

This project was part of DDW 2023
Living LAB 040

Buurtschap Te Veld is a new neighbourhood. Here we're realising the Living Lab 040, a residential area and experimental environment regarding living in the city of tomorrow. At Minitopia, residents are already realising their personal dreams. Plenty of inspiration for living today and tomorrow.

Curious?

Construction is under high pressure. There is a huge housing shortage, and in the drive for acceleration in the number of houses, the temptation is to compromise on quality. To become more sustainable, we are looking for new innovations that contribute positively to the city's liveability. Meanwhile, we are already generating many (potential) solutions. To give insight into what is already possible, Living LAB 040, together with Rezone, organises two tours along experiments at the LAB and along Minitopia during DDW'23.

Tour on Wednesday 25th | 10.00 -12.00u | Living LAB 040
This tour focusses on Living LAB 040. We have just started with realizing the first houses, but have already gain a lot of new insides. We guide the participants over the area and share our first fingdings. We show what we are working on and want to debate on the future of quality living in Cities.

Tour on Thursday 25th | 10.00-12.00u | Living LAB 040 in collaboration with Rezone
This tours focusses on the innovations in the Living LAB 040 and in the self-built houses in Minitopia. We show what already is possible and where we hope the future will move towards.
