There are 8 areas throughout Eindhoven. But what is there to do in each area? We will help you on your way with the Area Sneak Peeks! The first place we take a closer look? That is Strijp T+R. There are 2 locations, but they are so close together that we combine them. It's easier if you're there anyway! And a little tip: use the A2, A11 signs etc., to find the locations on the map. Handy!

Bioart Laboratories // A1 // Oirschotsedijk 14-10

Almost off the map. That's where you can find this special place. But that doesn't make it less worthwhile! On the grounds of an old barracks, surrounded by greenery, you'll discover Bioart Laboratories, a gathering place for design projects. This is the place where nature, science, technology and creativity come together.

Piet Hein Eek // A2 // Halvemaanstraat 30

Once one of Philips' workshops, now one of DDW's many popular spots. The workshop, showroom and exhibition space of Piet Hein Eek, or PHE. At this location, you will find various projects by different designers. So also take a look beyond PHE! Bonus: FRIET at Piet Hein Eek's restaurant. And don't forget to check out the food project Bricknic.

Studio RENS // A3 // Halvemaanstraat 24

Studio RENS consists of designers Renee Mennen and Stefanie van Keijsteren. This design duo designs materials and product innovations based on research. Both material and colour play an essential role in their work. Whether it’s tiles, carpets or tables, Studio RENS really sets the standard. Go and see for yourself!

Kelderman & Van Noort // A11 // Galileistraat 2

In the middle of Woensel-West, you'll find KEVN, aka Kelderman & Van Noort. An old school with a new purpose: here you'll find studios, an exhibition space and a nice bar. A meeting place for makers and viewers! During DDW, you will find a Mini Gallery here, with 3 curated exhibitions in 1. Would you rather roll up your sleeves - together with your children? Then help design and build the Mega Mini Brick Wall.
